Terms of Use
2.1 Website use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, access systems without authorization, or misuse forms, content, or booking tools.
2.2 Intellectual property
All website content, including logos, text, photographs, graphics, and design elements, is owned by Illume or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publish any content without written permission.
2.3 Third-party links and tools
Our website may link to third-party sites or embed third-party tools (for example, Instagram or a scheduling calendar). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Any use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
2.4 Floral design services
(a) Proposals and scope: Floral services are custom. Specific deliverables, quantities, and pricing are confirmed in your proposal, invoice, and agreement.
(b) Seasonal availability and substitutions: Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. We reserve the right to make thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value to achieve the intended look when specific blooms are unavailable.
(c) Installations and access: If your scope includes delivery or installation, you agree to provide timely access to the venue and any required permissions. Additional charges may apply for delays or conditions outside the agreed plan.
2.5 Studio rental terms
If you book studio time through our scheduling calendar, the booking details and any add-ons you select become part of your reservation.
(a) Reservation and time: Your rental includes setup and reset within the booked window. Late arrival does not extend your end time.
(b) Care of the space: You agree to leave the space in the condition you found it and to follow any posted guidelines.
(c) Damage: You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear. If damage occurs, we may charge reasonable repair or replacement costs.
(d) Safety and prohibited activities: Activities that risk damage or injury, including open flames, confetti, fog machines, or similar materials, are not permitted unless approved in writing in advance.
(e) Assumption of risk: Studio rental involves inherent risks. You assume responsibility for your activities and those of anyone you bring into the studio.
2.6 Payments
Payments for bookings may be collected through our scheduling platform and connected payment processors. Acuity Scheduling supports connecting payment processors such as Stripe, Square, or PayPal. We do not store complete payment card details on our own servers.
2.7 Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation and reschedule terms are presented during checkout or in your confirmation message for the specific booking or service. If you have questions, contact us as soon as possible.
2.8 Portfolio and publicity
Unless you opt out in writing, you grant Illume permission to photograph floral work and use images for portfolio and marketing purposes, including on our website and social channels. If your venue or photographer provides gallery images, you represent that you have permission to share them with us for this purpose.

2.10 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Illume is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount you paid to Illume for the service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
