  • Full service weddings require a minimum investment. The exact minimum and what it includes will be confirmed after you inquire, based on your date and scope.

  • For select dates, yes. If you are looking for personals only, such as a bouquet and boutonnière, reach out with your date and location and we will let you know what is possible.

  • Yes. Delivery and installation are available so your florals arrive safely and are placed with intention. Breakdown and strike can be included when needed, depending on your venue and scope.

  • It begins with an inquiry and a design conversation to align on mood, palette, priorities, and the floral moments that matter most. From there, we create a tailored plan that feels intentional, refined, and true to your celebration.

  • Absolutely. Bring what you love, whether it is a full mood board or a single image, and we will translate it into an Illume floral story using seasonal blooms and thoughtful composition.

  • Whenever possible, we prioritize seasonal flowers and source with care. Availability varies by time of year and market, and we will guide you toward the most beautiful options for your date.

STUDIO FAQ

The essentials, amenities, and what to expect when you arrive, so you can plan your session with ease.

  • The space is ideal for portrait sessions, brand shoots, product photography, content days, and small creative sessions that benefit from a bright, minimal setting.

  • Keep groups small and intentional. If you are planning a larger crew, assistants, or multiple clients, note it in your booking or reach out before reserving so we can confirm what works best.

  • You will receive arrival details in your confirmation email. Please plan to begin and end within your reserved time so the next booking can start smoothly.

  • Light adjustments are welcome. If you plan to bring large props, set pieces, or anything that could mark floors or walls, please reach out in advance so we can guide you.

  • This is a working creative space. Your rental includes access to the rented studio area, and any behind-the-scenes work zones or inventory not included will be clearly noted on-site.

  • Yes. Setup, shooting, and resetting the space should all happen within your booked window.

  • Your cancellation and reschedule terms are shown during checkout in the scheduler. If you need help, reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes, rescheduling is handled through your confirmation email. If your request falls outside the scheduler’s window, contact us and we will guide the next step.

  • light beverages are fine, and please keep food simple and contained. Please dispose of everything before you leave, and at this time unfortunately there is no pets allowed.

  • Please notify us right away. Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear, and charges may apply depending on the situation.
