STUDIO RENTAL

While one half of our studio is fully dedicated to floral design, the other half is a rentable studio. When we are not using it the entire space is available to rent for photographers, artists, workshops & small events.

The studio is intentionally kept minimal, airy, and versatile, with a neutral palette, clean backdrops, furniture, props and large windows letting in bright beautiful natural light.

Ideal for portrait, lifestyle & motherhood sessions, brand shoots, editorial work, content days, podcast sessions, creative workshops, birthday parties, baby showers, consultations, work events & more!

When you book our studio here’s what you will be receiving:

  • Natural, light & airy studio with southeast facing windows.

  • Historic, industrial mill building with high ceilings, white walls, natural brick, & concrete floors.

  • Free parking is located directly in front of the studio entrance.

  • Ground level entry for easy unloading & loading.

  • Lockbox and key so you can let yourself in.

  • Private use of over 1000 sq. feet of space.

  • Neutral decor, furniture & props that you can rearrange any way you’d like (couches, upholstered accent chairs, stools, tables, benches, ottomans, side tables, potted plants & rugs, cafe table and chairs).

  • Handpainted canvas photo backdrops, paper backdrops, hanging sheer fabric backdrop, & backdrop stand.

  • Light diffusing window shades.

  • Access to a full kitchen & bathroom.

STUDIO FAQ

The essentials, amenities, and what to expect when you arrive, so you can plan your session with ease.

  • The space is ideal for portrait sessions, brand shoots, product photography, content days, and small creative sessions that benefit from a bright, minimal setting.

  • Keep groups small and intentional. If you are planning a larger crew, assistants, or multiple clients, note it in your booking or reach out before reserving so we can confirm what works best.

  • You will receive arrival details in your confirmation email. Please plan to begin and end within your reserved time so the next booking can start smoothly.

  • Light adjustments to the furniture layout are welcome. If you plan to bring large props, set pieces, or anything that could mark floors or walls, please reach out in advance so we can guide you. Please return the studio to it’s original layout before leaving.

  • We are currently only scheduling sessions when the floral studio is not in use however this is a working creative space. Your rental includes access to 900 square feet of the rented studio area, both sides of the dividing wall, and access to the upstairs bathroom and kitchen. Any floral tools, work zones, storage areas and floral inventory are not included in the rental unless previously discussed with the florist.

  • Yes. Setup, shooting, and resetting the space should all happen within your booked window.

  • Your cancellation and reschedule terms are shown during checkout in the scheduler. If you need help, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes, rescheduling is handled through your confirmation email. If your request falls outside the scheduler’s window, contact us and we will guide the next step.

  • Light beverages are fine, and please keep food simple and contained. Please dispose of everything before you leave. If you would like to bring a well behaved pet please request with us ahead of time.

  • Please notify us right away. Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear, and charges may apply depending on the situation.
